  • Do we still need supplyFlow if we already have an ERP?

    Your ERP stays exactly where it is. It continues to manage items, prices, orders, and billing. What it does not cover is the process in between: who requested what, what was actually issued, and on which construction site it was used. That is exactly where supplyFlow adds value.

  • Why isn’t Excel a good solution for inventory management?

    Excel can manage lists. What it lacks is an end-to-end process from demand and planning through picking and delivery to the actual booking. supplyFlow connects these steps and assigns material consumption and equipment directly to the correct destination.

  • Is the system practical for my business?

    The effort remains minimal because bookings are made directly within the workflow. Scanning via QR codes, NFC, or EAN further reduces manual input. This means the information is captured exactly where materials are issued, delivered, consumed, or returned.

  • Is it worth it for a company of our size?
